someone at amazon music thought it would be funny to load my soundtrack with ONLY jewish folk music once, couldn’t have occurred without manipulation on the backend, very shady, probably also highly illegal surveillance at work too

Recomendable excelente calidad
It’s annoying that the music keeps stopping all the time. I’ve been using the app for a year, and Amazon doesn’t fix it. Why?
When I’m in offline mode (such as in an airplane), it constantly asks me if I want to leave offline mode. I can’t make playlists in offline mode anymore, and often the music I just downloaded isn’t visible. The gui used to be simple, but now things like podcasts make it garbled. I’ve had Amazon Music for 8 years and it was great, but they lost me six months ago. Streaming was supposed to be the next great thing, but I’m just going to get a normal mp3 player and go back to piracy.
Doesn’t play what you select
I love this app so much except if you don’t have premium, there are a ton of ads that you can’t get by and they can take forever other than that I love this app
The app shows that it is not connected to data/wi-fi and therefore I cannot search for music, despite having data turned on for the app and/or being on strong wi-fi. Liked songs sometimes do not show up in the liked playlist.
I wanted to listen to my favorite songs, since I was feeling happy. But the first thing I was greeted with was a message saying that they’ve shuffled the specified album I selected, and if I want to listen without any interruptions, then I need to pay for amazon music unlimited. This is literally one of the most greedy thing someone could do. It’s truly so frustrating. Amazon, y’all got to do better.
I don’t understand who thought it was a good idea to force someone to listen to songs they don’t want to hear. It is worse than an ad. For an ad at least I understand they are getting paid to play it. But why force someone to listen to other songs when trying to play a certain album or artist?
