Dommage rétropédalage après la mises il y’a un mois
C’est dommage car c’était très pratique, opérationnel et très utile on peut payer les transports, les restaurants, seven eleven…
Depuis la mise à jour impossible de Top Up via Apple Pay
Pour faire un top up il faut se rapprocher de Seven Eleven ou dans les stations
C’est dommage qu’il teste pas avant la mise en production
En espérant que la nouvelle version corrige le Bug, car je vais 2,3 voire 4 fois par an.
En l’état l’application vaut 0 étoile
Facilite la vie à Hongkong
Très facile d’utilisation.
On regrette de ne pas pouvoir recharger en HKD pour éviter la commission de change d’octopuss en devise.

Cet app est un must have pour touriste à Hongkong. Elle permet de tout payer super facilement. Plus besoin de faire du change.

Inutile
Apres avoir acheté une carte octopus for tourist et l'avoir utilisé une fois pour un trajet de bus, le crédit de $111 s'est épuisé en une fois. Impossible de contacter le service client. J'ai voulu la charger via l'app, mais il n'est pas possible de transférer ce type de carte pour touristes sur l'app dédiée aux touristes. De plus, en créant une nouvelle carte virtuelle, il est impossible de la payer - pour des raisons inconnues. Sans compter qu'il n'est pas possible de payer en monnaie locale...

Does not let you pay in HKD and charges an extra 6%
It charges you an extra 6% on the current exchange between Euro and HKD, and does not let you choose HKD to pay. My credit card only charges me 1% to pay in HKD.
It feels like a scam.
Impossible use
Since I installed IOS15, I can’t use octopus for tourists…
