Can select photos, but no facility (button in UI) to insert into chat

When scrolling through the chat past documents and photos (as you can imagine very important to track) are being lost, with either a white blank logo or a low res image which when you click to see the contents turns into a white blank page. I’ve now missed medical appointments as the information was sent via photos that are blank and have an Ex who refuses to send them in another way. Thank you for making an app where I miss vital medical appointments due to bugs!

Using an email login means that this can be passed to anyone. App also allows for multiple logins across devices!!!!!! Therefore as someone fleeing domestic abuse from multiple family members, they are able to share the login and bombard the victim with further abuse from multiple devices. A simple mobile number would be far better at holding the perpetrators to account. Courts naively believe offenders will follow the rules, which is comical to say the least. This app therefore only empowers abusers without risk of consequences. Utterly shocking and shameful.

Sometimes it lets me sometimes it doesn’t. What am I doing wrong

I’ve been using it for over a year and it’s been great at what it does, however a couple of days ago the “type a reply” box has vanished from the chat. Meaning I can receive and read messages but have no option to reply. I’ve checked for updates and all the usual stuff, I can’t find a solution. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

I have downloaded this app and I’m doing my profile. However will the other co parent see my email address and mobile number? Can they see my profile? Please confirm so I know whether to continue or not. Thanks

Tried the iPhone version in August 2023. My ex put in a calendar entry suggestion for me to have the kids, it came to me, the button to accept it was disabled. Absolutely nothing we both tried would accept it. Anything I did do rejected it. I stood on her doorstep and she tried three times using bother her phone and my phone. It simply didn't work. We deleted the app and will try another. I guess this is just a bug combined with a user-unfriendly problem. The big is that it should be easy for me to accept her suggestion. The user-unfriendly matter was that if I tired to close to reopen to accept it silently sent a rejection of her proposal to her. It should have asked me to confirm that I wanted to reject. My current partner was also added to the app but wasn't able to see the kids schedule entered by my ex. That seemed like a serious defect or bug. Given that automatically rejecting suggestions would be inflammatory to co-parenting I see these bugs/issues as being shockingly low quality. A company that ships iPhone software with effectively such “show-stopper” bugs is in serious trouble. It is perfectly possible that they have fixed the shocking bugs by the time you read this. Yet they really don't deserve to be the #1 App on Apple app store. So much so it seems a serious problem for everyone involved.

Don’t see the point in using this really. Pretty much the Same as what’s app.. just another app to download.

But ever since the update a couple of days ago the notifications aren’t coming through

I had high hopes for this app and initial it looks very good. At first this seems pretty simple to set up but after a while you realise it’s far from that. There isn’t even a tutorial and the holiday options are only set up for Americans. For example there is no bonfire night for UK residence for example, mothers/fathers days are the American dates these are just a few and there isn’t even birthday option! Now although you can create “custom” ones you cannot even rename these so it just shows as a normal contact. All I want is a calendar I can put the contact schedule in (alternating weeks) for both parents and then be able to set overriding dates which can be set to the relevant parent and this be displayed on the main calendar. I.e normal contact shows normally but if a special event occurred that would override certain dates on a repeating basis it should shows this and which parent the child will be with. More annoyingly I deleted schedules I created to “move” them to a new calendar hoping this would resolve the issue and instead the calendars wouldn’t even display the scheduled contact. Overall summary - Negatives - buggy as hell, - difficult to set up the very basics - not accommodating to non- Americans Positives - some amazing features - for Americans this is perfect
