The courier told me my hotel “the Dorat Najd Resort” was not in their delivery zone and I had to go to the Aramex office to pick it up Mbunwe when I got there, they told me my package was not available. I had over 1 week delay before eventually getting part of my orders. It’s disappointing to know that a courier service cannot deliver to a 5star hotel in their city. Totally in acceptable. I am disappointed and I wish my future Amazon orders don’t go through Aramex delivery service.

Unexpected and unacceptable rude behavior of the delivery agent, coupled with the slow response from customer support, I have decided to delete my account and will no longer use Aramex for sending or receiving shipments

After updating the app, I can not login with my email anymore. And it’s required to use mobile for logging in, then and after passing endless CAPTCHA image verification, it just keep generating error messages: Too many requests, please try again later. So I’ve tried again later with no success. The worse part is after contacting support, reporting this issue the response was your package was delivered. So I replied my issue is about logging into the app, finally no response and the app still generates the error. Total disappointment 👎

One of the worst companies in the world in customer service. Shipment received before 8 days by Springfield Gardens office in NY and until now I received nothing about it!!!! I tried to contact them through direct chat or e-mail but nothing changed

Very bad service and they say twenty-four hours and they don't reply

وصلني الطلب ناقص من مندوبين كل واحد أحضر معه كرتون واحد فقط والطلب ٣ كراتين وكل واحد يقول هذا اللي استلمته منهم ويمكن يكون الكرتون الثالث مع مندوب آخر ولكن للاسف لم يصلني حتى الآن رغم أن الطلب واحد!!!!!!!

Thank you aramex, Excellent and easy to use application, but I hope to add a deletion for the completed shipment because when there are many shipments, the matter becomes confusing
