My package supposed to deliver on 30th Tuesday. Eventhough I wasn't available the location I used reschedule function that app showed me. It didn't work and I guess no body cared of rescheduled location. However package was delivered on 3rd May after 6pm. Aramex has a very slow process and doesnt care about customers packages anymore. Further more, untill 2nd of May the app showed as the package in transit, ridiculous! Also the invoice link doesnt even work that Aramex sent me. Totally disappointed about Aramex whole process.

Poorly designed. System goes haywire and gives a dozen false notifications when a pickup/delivery is scheduled.

He was amazing communicating services given to my deliveries and aramex Arabia is great

Nothing works. Not even log in. Worst courier app in the history.

Custom duty paid original receipt not produced, and asked extra money

The app is not developed completely When i enter the ship calculations after that it doesn’t go next form

Unexpected and unacceptable rude behavior of the delivery agent, coupled with the slow response from customer support, I have decided to delete my account and will no longer use Aramex for sending or receiving shipments

After updating the app, I can not login with my email anymore. And it’s required to use mobile for logging in, then and after passing endless CAPTCHA image verification, it just keep generating error messages: Too many requests, please try again later. So I’ve tried again later with no success. The worse part is after contacting support, reporting this issue the response was your package was delivered. So I replied my issue is about logging into the app, finally no response and the app still generates the error. Total disappointment 👎

One of the worst companies in the world in customer service. Shipment received before 8 days by Springfield Gardens office in NY and until now I received nothing about it!!!! I tried to contact them through direct chat or e-mail but nothing changed
