I can not register an account from different devices. "create account" button not working

Version 2.23.10 crashes on start when using old iOS. Don’t update, because on earlier version all was ok.

Could you clarify how can I open your software if no internet connection at arrived airport? For what so strong protection against unauthorized entrance? May be better to keep all required information on subscriber’s phones only and present generated QR Code on request? It’s easy and safely

This app has only French language. I can’t change it, I need English. Where can I change language? Add English please!!!!

I installed the app and submitted all info prior to my flight. I arrived yesterday and I still can’t confirm that I have arrive to my place or report the symptoms - there is nothing of that sort of functionality in the app, there is only my receipt with code, that’s all. The same when I log in on web site. No notifications as well. I called the support but they didn’t even try to help me, just said to call the number to report symptoms. What’s the point in application then?

Halbe Stunde habe ich versucht, die Pässe zu scannen

Über Minuten versucht, den Reisepass zu scannen, doch die App tat einfach gar nichts. Nach manueller Eingabe ist die App dann bei Angabe der Ankunftszeit eingefroren. Ein weiterer Versuch mit manueller Eingabe klappte. Angekommen in Kanada, wurden wir trotzdem die ganzen Fragen, die ich schon in der App beantwortet hatte, an dem elektronischen Terminal nochmal gestellt. Die App hat am Ende also gar nichts gebracht, außer Zeit gekostet.
