The whole installation needs to be repeated. We are in 2023 and connection over wi fi is basic! please create something that actually works?

App is working well, please add Siri Shortcuts support

1. The Favorite not keep the requiered position it just lift up/down from current position. There is ways to fix that issue. 2. Better to have a 1 click to lift up/down without vontinue press 3. Snoring… what to say… not sure how efficient it work. Better to have a microphone connect to the hub and control the snore technology without counting the phone will be close to the bed. BTW, it doesnt recommended to have phone close to the place we sleep.

The favorite is really just a poor timer for each motor. Not relevant to the current position. And I'd like to see more favorite option For sleep For reading For watching tv One press flat is a must Naming the mattresses will be nice as well A widget for iPhone could be nice

We have the bed and app for just 3 months. Out of these 2 months I haven’t been able to get it working properly.

New version forced me reconnect with no success Keep telling me that the password is wrong where clearly there is a bug in the connection process Please fix

The app missing very useful and necessary features. 1. the favorite position it’s not position it’s more lice favorite action, it’s not remember the bad position and just make the action he recorded from the current position. the app should remember the position and get to it no matter in which position the is right now. 2. there is only one favorite position for the bad. it’s should be unlimited number of favorite position. 3. missing the option to flat the bad in one click without keep pressing. Hope next version will include those changes.

Followed instructions from app to connect my phone to my base and it not only did not find my base via Bluetooth like it’s supposed to but now my remote doesn’t work! Absolute worst app ever. I should have known better with a rating of 1,9 but thought the reviews are old let’s give it a try anyway, WRONG CHOICE!

Ik heb een jaar (!) op een nieuwe smart base moeten wachten. Want de wifi verbinding was totaal onbetrouwbaar. Maar de nieuwe ‘base’ is blijkbaar niet smart. Connectie met Homey is verdwenen. Je moet een account aanmaken en vervolgens kan die niks. Prutsers eerste klas. Waardeloos.

Handleiding in de app komt niet overeen met de werkelijkheid. Een afstandsbediening blijft verbinding verliezen als de app verbonden is. De helften van het bed zijn in de app andersom en die kan je niet aanpassen zoals op de fysieke afstandbediening. Voor een product met deze waarde is het echt een schande. Auping had beter geen connectiviteit in kunnen bouwen. Iets met schoenmaker blijf bij je leest. Wel het hele retail netwerk getraind op deze usp. Maar verzaken om een basis werkend product op te leveren. En nee ik ben geen digibeet. Dit voelt als een Alpha 0.2 release. Blamage.
