Kudos to BCycles in Nashville, I have rented byces in quite a few cities, these bikes run surpringly well, all bikes are very well maintained, and it worked magically at the many stations I used, there was alway a bike available and always space to return. Overall a great experience .

Constant crashes, random disappearing "Get a bike" function which makes the app completely useless. Also the stations seem not to recognize foreign credit cards in order to find an existing membership. No offline functionality and also the UX is more than questionable. If you need a real app, contact me ;)

Also buggy when moving/rescaling the map. (drops the pin every time new) Is it possible to give 0 stars?

Love green bikes but definitely have to be patient with the app due to intermittent buggy behaviour.

I can’t meaningfully rate the functionality of this app, because I was never able to open it. I deleted and reinstalled it, but to no effect. Shame.

I had purchased a student annual pass. And I regret it. Last year the electric bikes that would be available were commonly not charged and due to the weight of the bike it was counter intuitive to ride the bike compared to walking. But when the bikes were charged it was a nice experience to be able to rent a bike for an hour around the beach town of Santa Cruz. This year many of the bike docking stations would have trouble. Many would be covered unable to dock the bike and the app would not indicate the correct number of open docks resulting in myself having to ride a bike to 4 separate stations just to dock the bicycle. The bicycles were at least charged.

App constantly has errors not letting you take all bikes out when you have a day pass for multiple riders

Bikes almost always have an issue, docks are always full so you can’t park or have issues, and e-bikes are rarely charged — honestly ridiculous they can charge for rides in Philadelphia

Every time I need it, the stop near me is empty. Although some bicycles might be there, they were not shown on the app. It didn’t save me a single penny compared to take a uber:(

They call it a Day Pass but watch out for the unclear instructions which will get you charged extra fees. They charged me more than the price of the Day Pass in fees bc we didn’t know we had to dock the bikes every hour. Customer service was completely cold and unhelpful. Also, now that I’m here, I will say that the bikes are super rickety and uncomfortable. But I would have let the bikes’ condition slide had they not stuck it to me with fees, like the most evil capitalists on the planet.
