Similar to gcash but can’t even add my own account ! Don’t deactivate the old one coz it works for most of us

Poorly maintained application hassle to the costumers especially when you are in abroad. Trying to login and says “problem with the application” and I my account got locked after trying 3 times. Such a lot of things to fix c’mon BDO Philippines!

I have trouble receiving an OTPs when attempting to send money using the mobile app and the website. It is not reliable and annoying to use the App. To the Developers do the great job once. We are a good customer to the bank but to your job well.

Based overseas. The old app worked fine until this new app. Won’t send me my OTP, customer service does not respond! Worst experience ever!

Can’t send money, can’t pay bills in this app. When I tried the web online banking, it is so hard just to even pay bills!

Can’t even open, always crashing whenever I try to open it. With the old app and the online account I cant even get otp.

Please fix your mobile app. It’s terrible, now I’m thinking of moving to a different bank.

I have deleted and reinstalled the app since it’s prompting when I logged in that my password is incorrect although I entered the correct password. I just use the website instead in accessing my account. Such as hassle!
