I can log in to my account via web browser using my log in details but when you log in with the same details using this app it will notify that I was putting in a an incorrect password. Even after resetting the password and deleting/downloading the app again, still the same issue. This happened multiple times now and I just simply give up with this utterly useless app!

Not helpful at all. Always ask for an OTP that never came and if they do, session already expired. After successfully inputed an OTP, no accounts to show and need to input and re enroll your account all the time. I hope the app maker find ways like the bank slogan😛 suggests

I can log in to website but on the app it says cant log in reset password or username!! Pls fix this! The old one was way better!!

This is terrible bank app. they have replaced the old one which is way better than the new version. I can’t even access my bank account and it says my account was temporarily locked.

This app is the most useless of all online banking. BDO wake the F up!!! Your useless brainless app is still up. Are you happy that your clients are complaining or this how you find ways to piss us off. Let your geniuses fix this garbage app.

My password works on the website and the old app. Such a hassle

The old App worked. I can’t understand why it was replaced by this useless app. It won’t even pull up my accounts; it requires me to re-register my accounts but won’t even allow me to enter one. BDO developer doesn’t collect data on feedback. No wonder its User Experience within the app sucks. Fix this… you’re doing a disservice to your customers.
