- Secure your cards real-time using lock or unlock card, disable overseas debit card transactions, and set your debit card limits
- Quickly view your statements right on the app
- Enjoy free BDO to BDO transfers, low fees to other banks and wallets
- Confirm transactions using biometrics or Passcode
- Send, request, withdraw, or deposit money via QR
If you're having trouble logging in, just follow these steps and create a new password for the BDO Online app.
Step 1
On the log in screen, tap Need help logging in? > I'd like to reset my password.
Step 2
Set up your new password
Step 3
Log in with your BDO Online username and new password.
Your new password will also reflect in the BDO Online website and the BDO Pay app.

Can’t login
Sort your IT and app dev, please
If this can be negative star, it’s well deserved
They launched the new app which functions like the worst beta version. Logins are different and OTP doesn’t work! I have tried countless times and yet I’m unable to receive any OTP. However, I can access my account on their old (and very outdated) website using my old password and I am able to receive OTP. How can you use outdated data in your new system?!
Total garbage
Cant send out otp. Completely useless.
BDO App
Useless absolutely useless Delete and save yourself the hassle Multibillion dollar company can’t even make a working and usable app
How it works
Just click the "forgot the password" on this app and continue with the resetting passsword. It works for me
Complete Waste of Memory Space
I cannot login to do anything on this App but I can login via the browser. The old is was useless this one is more useless. BDO should really invest on their App. It’s 2024 and for a multibillion company to offer this kind of IT service to their customers is ridiculous
Cannot login
I can’t even login. My credentials are correct. If i login on the web it’s working. The old app is working just fine. Don’t decommission your old app if you cant migrate the user’s account properly to the new app.
Shame on you BDO
The worst app ever created!!! You just provided more issues and frustrations to your clients. This new app is a big joke!
Useless app
My password is working using the website but here doest! Its so hard to use your service and you giving us, ofw, hard time to send money to the philippines! Take some action BDO!
