Why this app is not working properly yesterday i just open my account and suddenly now I check i cant access again anymore and try everything my username and password still i cant access..please do improve your app coz I’ve never been experiencing smooth amd easy access using this app and also in the website

I can accept my otp when I log in using the website but not while I am using the new app. Such a waste of time. You guys have to basically focus on improving your app instead of introducing a whole new app that doesn’t work. I have no problems using the old app but the new one suck.

I tried lo logging in and said that login failed due to multiple attempts. But when I go to the web application, I can login.

frequently not available. Many times I can’t login. I can’t send money to other BDO account but only in Gcash account. This could be a very usefull app but unfortunately needs to have a lot of improvement.

Can’t receive OTP, how can I access my online banking. The old app is better than this new one. Pls do something about this

worst app,until now no solution not receiving an otp. it is a scrap.

This updated BDO Online App is such a trash just an update then unable to use at all, very unresponsive just keep on loading

BDO and its tech development team should be ashamed. I am switching banks altogether just because of how terrible their UX is

I had to change my password twice but the app still did not acknowledge the two times I changed it. When I log in the browser it works just fine. I wish I could rate this 0 stars. It’s too much of a hassle when the promise is convenience

Keeps logging out my account and i couldn’t even do any transactions because of it.
