Can’t move forward in game

Hello! My forklift which is collecting jelly for the logistics is not doing anything. Because of this I can’t move forward in the game because I can’t complete logistic orders. My storage is not full. What can be the issue? Thanks for checking :) Lovely game btw

Please fix the bug

Amazing game but having to restart it every few mins makes it annoying as the forklifts are getting bugged :(

cant even get in

I have tried reinstalling and deleting multiple times, and my game is updated to the latest version, but for some reason whenever I open the game, I can't get in. It just shows the "Berry Factory Tycoon" page with the worker leaning against the words. Please fix this, I really want to play the game.

I wrote to support as I got to an area and can’t build anything anymore but haven’t heard back.

Broke my iPad

While I was playing this game with a YouTube video in the background the touch screen on my iPad stopped working. And after that I tried everything. I restarted it multiple times and even googled what to do. Nothing. This had never occurred before, and rendered my iPad useless. 299 down the drain thanks for nothing would give it negative stars if I could.
