Misleading ad

Downloaded the game because of the constant ads. The game itself has nothing to do with the scenes in the ad.

Game full of bugs and no support to be seen

Seems like a very nice collect and develop game… Until you play for a long time, becomes a tycoon, and… The game (which you have to learn yourself -with no real guide… and gets in loops sometimes that make you restart the game) DELETES all character levels (after you worked for weeks to level them up)… I sent several support requests - never got any reply! Not even an acknowledgement of receipt… If I could - I would have asked all the money I spent in the game - back!

Please keep it coming, The ad-free price is a bit expensive

cant even get in

I have tried reinstalling and deleting multiple times, and my game is updated to the latest version, but for some reason whenever I open the game, I can't get in. It just shows the "Berry Factory Tycoon" page with the worker leaning against the words. Please fix this, I really want to play the game.

I wrote to support as I got to an area and can’t build anything anymore but haven’t heard back.

Broke my iPad

While I was playing this game with a YouTube video in the background the touch screen on my iPad stopped working. And after that I tried everything. I restarted it multiple times and even googled what to do. Nothing. This had never occurred before, and rendered my iPad useless. 299 down the drain thanks for nothing would give it negative stars if I could.
