Berry Factory Tycoon

I have tried reinstalling and deleting multiple times, and my game is updated to the latest version, but for some reason whenever I open the game, I can't get in. It just shows the "Berry Factory Tycoon" page with the worker leaning against the words. Please fix this, I really want to play the game.

I wrote to support as I got to an area and can’t build anything anymore but haven’t heard back.

While I was playing this game with a YouTube video in the background the touch screen on my iPad stopped working. And after that I tried everything. I restarted it multiple times and even googled what to do. Nothing. This had never occurred before, and rendered my iPad useless. 299 down the drain thanks for nothing would give it negative stars if I could.

This game is very fun. There is always something to do. Upgrades and orders are just the tip of the iceberg!!

The game is found on many reward based apps, but it will crash - freeze up - just before reaching the first goal (check other reviews and see the similar issues, wish I did before downloading it). The only thing you will still be able to do is watch the ads. I sent support a help request 4 days ago and never got a response. It’s there simply for you to make them money and not cutting you in for a piece of the pie. Additionally the game is boring and reaching monetary rewards was the only thing motivating me to play it

I’m very upset I wrote to support 3 times already and sent screenshots explaining that I can not do any more building in my factory and I can no longer build in my Logistics office and I was never able to get the 3rd Glazer I spent to buy gems and upgrades but nothing works, but support never even bothered to answer me never mind give me support to get this fixed. So unless something is done to correct my problem I’m done with this game. Such a shame that they’re not interested in their players that spend money.
