This app is a disaster. It is failing at each step of the registration process. I hope they will improve it as soo as possible

Not able to register. Invalid document.

Signing up takes effort and half an hour. The bike is good, but I had a problem ending the ride. Took me another half hour. I'll try the bike again, since I prefer over walking. That's why the two stars. App and support is tough. Imagine a ride that never end and they have your credit card.

O SMS nunca chega

Criei login e senha, Tudo certo. Confirmei celular e e-mail chegou confirmando que a conta foi criada. Na hora de logar com y ele diz que a senha está incorreta. Por favor, arrumem isso!

I create an account with my email only. Password doesn’t work. Then to reset password I need my email and my id (that I was not asked to enter). Pretty clever, congrats!

Cada vez que intento darme de alta con mi número de teléfono y pongo el pin que me mandan me sale que hay un error y no me deja iniciar sesión

No funciona

Ya me han pasado varias veces que la app no funciona y tiene error en desbloquear las bicis. Siempre tengo que desinstalarla y volver a instalarla, tiene un bug que es molesto.

Las escopetas de la feria de San Isidro son más fiables.
