This app is a disaster. It is failing at each step of the registration process. I hope they will improve it as soo as possible

Not able to register. Invalid document.

Problems with registration. Can’t unlock any bike. Some web request failed error every time. Another station the same problem different message. Tried every bike. Only at some other station worked and the ride itself was great. But didn’t risk trying anymore and switched to something else.

Impossible to register. It just shows error messages, sometimes indicating problem with sending SMS, sometimes it doesn’t accept a valid code, and sometimes it just says „Registration error. Our apologies”. On top of that - qr codes at the stations link to an expired domain, info at station indicates that tourist can reserve a limited-time pass via website, website directs to this app, app doesn’t let anyone register. This is a disgrace, I have never encountered so many problems with such system. 0 stars!

Absolutely bs, the costumer service doesnt work, the app doesnt work. They took my money but I couldnt start any bike. :(

Cada vez que intento darme de alta con mi número de teléfono y pongo el pin que me mandan me sale que hay un error y no me deja iniciar sesión

No funciona

Ya me han pasado varias veces que la app no funciona y tiene error en desbloquear las bicis. Siempre tengo que desinstalarla y volver a instalarla, tiene un bug que es molesto.

Las escopetas de la feria de San Isidro son más fiables.

La sesión se cierra constantemente y para que funcione tienes que desinstalar para volver a instalar. No te deja recuperar clave y en general funciona fatal
