Couldn’t start a ride in Milano. Lost 15 euro. QR code cannot be scanned on iPhone, the app says “wrong code”. Tried to log out and log in - no way. Unknown error.

When you want to finish your trip app stop working so they could get more money. Equipment is old and broken. I would give them 0 stars if I could.

They do spam notifications

Мы воспользовались самокатами этой компании в Батуми (Грузия). Во-первых, очень дорого. Во-вторых, эта компания ворует деньги с привязанной банковской карты. Мы уже уехали из Батуми 10-го сентября, а они списали с карты 82 грузинских лари 20-го сентября, это почти 3000 рублей. В Москве за 3000 рублей можно ежедневно на протяжении недели ездить на самокате. Уважаемые владельцы Bird, верните украденные Вами деньги.

My bird and bird of my friend didn’t let us to ride even we were in a riding zone. Money was charged for nothing. I wrote for help to support and nobody contacted me back to solve my problem. So I had no support at all. And I’m still waiting someone from the team to contact me. We were in a riding zone and Birds still weren’t moving so I’m waiting for proper attention to my issue and money back for non riding

Geofencing doesn’t work , often requires me to physically get to the middle of a crowded street to get it right. Too few scooters - like is everywhere , these aren’t. Scooters are often broken - as in , I rent it and turns out they have no brakes - and don’t get blocked after you report they are. The app is slow and buggy - so is the app’s support . Finally , they charged me a fine for wrong parking - and that after seeing bird scooters floating in fountains this summer! - but don’t you be mistaken , they tried to do it three (!) times after the first attempt succeeded (!) . Not recommended , reissued my credit card and deleted the app .

Tried to use it, helmet didn’t unlock, still got charged 4.59$. Don’t use the app, steals your money
