cant even start
either apple ID or email to start with, it said no connection which is ridiculous. tried two days and deleted.
User friendly app but credit card information cannot be deleted!
Easy to use app with good information. The key negative is that you cannot delete your credit card information (which is required to be able to ride). I made four attempts to the help staff to delete my credit card information; they all said their relevant colleague would follow up but never did. I think they must be in breach of GDPR regulations.

Absolutely terrible experience. When I started the Bird, it suddenly showed up that it was in the service area so I painstakingly pushed it out of that area with a lot of muscle and willpower to try to get it to work after the service area. It didn’t. I had been out of the service area for over 10 minutes Far away from the line and it would still pretend I am in the service area. My Internet worked and I was connected so that wasn’t the issue. Then I was stuck with a bird that he couldn’t be ridden and yet could also not be locked.. Terrible place to be in or you don’t know what to do. really disappointed by bird. I want my money back.
