This app just does not work. Down loaded and worked for a short time, able to view connected tank volume and now can’t even log on ! Very frustrating.

Boiler Juices apps. Have always been my best example of buggy flakey apps but the lastest is terrible. It does not work at all in terms of showing levels. It persistently try’s to sell oil that would not fit in my talk and so far I have been sent 3 or 4 monitors this year. There tech department should all find more appropriate jobs. It is so sad that a great idea based in technology and data has chosen such terrible technology and provides no data.

Poor functionality in the new app. It doesn’t flow intuitively. After the update had to re input address, tank details. Connected now says I’m not connected? App is very slow to open the links

Useless. I can log in on the pc web page but not any of the app. Typical useless boilerjuice who maintain every oil tank has 25% un-useable oil just to get you to order more frequently. Scam!

I have just opened the new style app. I'm so sorry but for me it is a terrible change. Gone from a very fresh, readable and understandable interface to a cluttered, 1980s scientific readout style. I used to monitor monthly use, now the reading is weekly I can't do this. No longer shows actual % in tank. Thinking of cancelling "Connected" as the monthly monitoring was the main reason for using the service.

Much improved from the previous app. Easy to see oil level, orders, use history etc

The new app is a huge step backwards - tank information has disappeared and it is suggesting dipping manually, all very slow and clunky and even looks like something from years ago rather than 2024.

Update has ruined CONNECTED customers ability to view account. Every day connected customers need to log in with email & password as app resets DAILY!!! Biometrics hold for the day. Very poor development downgrade

The Connected service is supposed to take away the stress of having to check the tank and place an order. It’s rubbish! The app gives a false reading all the time. I will be looking for another supplier soon. Reading other reviews BJ are not the cheapest either, so it is pointless. Trying to get any sense out of BJ staff is like pulling teeth. Really disappointing.
