Dividend card

App won’t open, keeps saying no internet connection try mobile signal! Internet works fine and have perfect signal!

Very simple app. I’d accidentally download an alternative co-op app which allowed a card to be added to the Wallet on my iPhone. I have this app is not allowing to do it. It seems crazy to have a separate card for every member of the family, when the shopping is done by one member for everybody. I can download the Costa card for me and my wife I’m the same account and I can’t download the cop card. You should design an app at least matches what’s available with other apps or a similar nature. Please please add it to the Wallet on iPhone, it’s easy to find how to go into your appeach time. We open the wallet to make the payment so why not have the loyalty card there as well.

What’s the point of a digital card without being able to add it to the wallet? Whilst I’ve managed to do this via a 3rd party app, I suspect many wouldn’t be able to or trust a third party app to do it. Sort it out Lincs Co-op!

I don’t use my co op card because it’s just too many button presses to get it out, I would use it all the time if it had apple wallet support, please consider making this change.

App would be a lot better if it allowed more phone apps to be logged in at once to allow family members to use one card

Please update to add Wallet support

App doesn’t work. Open app, enter Pin and just get a black screen. Have deleted and reinstalled and it’s just the same. My phone is a year old iPhone 12 with latest software so not my phone that’s the issue.

Nice to be able to have the facility to have my card in an app but so annoying I have to enter a PIN number every time I use it and as others have said you can’t add it to the Apple Wallet. Wouldn’t recommend at this time until the above issues are sorted.

Reading reviews it’s been at least 3 years that people have been asking for support for the Apple Wallet and at least a year since there has been a developer response. Apple Wallet support in this day and age should be a no-Brainer and I’m disappointed that it is missing. Please get it sorted out.

I do really like the layout of the app & it’s ease of use. However I would love it to have the function to scan receipt as I have to manually type these into the coop claim dividend part of the website. You have the competitions side of the app perfect , and it’s handy for checking how many points I have. Apart from not being able to scan receipts a brilliant app
