It's not even worth downloading. Good clothes. Poor value due to technology never working so you burn an hour trying to navigate a broken check out. For a company owned by Walmart, you'd think they'd figure out how to make an app that functions or a website that works. Curious how much in revenue they lose, killing their brand experience. How does the CEO keep his job if he is unaware his app and website don't function.

For whatever reason this app has gone down hill since Bonobos is now owned by the Express folks. They clearly don’t care about the brand and are letting things slide like the app experience.

You better hope you don’t have any issues because you will never get in touch with a customer service agent. I returned three pairs of pants and never received credit for the return. To make matters worse I have absolutely no avenue of communicating with the company to correct the matter. They don’t answer calls or return emails. Moreover, the live chat feature never works.

Aside from not ever receiving an actual order confirmation for a placed order (and then being told by customer service that they can’t find my order with most my confirmation number) other gripes include the check-out page consistently failing, the ApplePay option refusing to work, and no history of my purchases in my profile. It’s frustrating enough that it doesn’t feel worth shopping this with brand anymore, despite enjoying their products.

Although I like their clothing, it’s so frustrating that I have not been able to view my past “orders” on their mobile app for 1 full year now! Yes you read that correctly. It’s been 1 YEAR that the “orders” tab will not load so we can see if we already bought something or which color/size we chose. I’ve alerted customer service and the tech team at least 10 times already and the answer is always the same -“we value our customers and will make sure we pass your concerns along, but use our online site for now.” Well that never happened and I believe an iPhone app in 2024 should be functional, and we’re now entering YEAR #2 without a simple fix. This is Embarrassing for their company and they need to overhaul their mobile tech team ASAP.

This app is completely useless. I cannot order anything with it. Have they just given up I used to love this company.

Like real bad....

This app used to be amazing and ahead of its time but now it’s buggy and frustrating. Filters basically no longer function.

I cannot access My Orders on the app and can’t track returns. Zero improvements yet so many bugs.

For some reason, every time I use Apple Pay or a CC, I get a payment declined notification, no matter what card I use. I’ve tried deleting and redownloading the app and then it’ll work. It’ll eventually happen again though. Love the app and how I have my closet but it’s very frustrating. Ended up just going to the website to order what I want.
