I tried to redeem a gift card. The site redirects you to another page where one of the mandatory fields requires you to put an email address but it won’t let you put your email in, absolutely useless and Budget Direct staff are useless in helping you to address the issues. Its a best company anyways if you are starting with them but 110% failed while had a claim, your call will not be answered even in 1.5 hours wait period.

After already being signed in to the app you have to log in online to. Wow and use movie cinema offers but my details aren’t accepted and said to be false. Meanwhile every time I try on my app it shows I’ve redeemed 21 offers. It was 21 attempts at using an offer. After all the insurance I’ve paid for and never claimed anything for several cars every year I expected the rewards app to actually give rewards not waist time for nothing. I don’t recommend this app it’s been a waist of time

The 1.25% credit / debit card surcharge on Gift Card purchases is exorbitant. At least provide another method of payment

Limited discounts on rubbish venues and better prices online or via other apps.

I came here to download the aap but as I much I read about your app and saw the ratings i decided not to download this aap. Thank you ppl for letting us know.

Paid for ‘cheap’ movie tickets. I selected my cinema, movie, seat and time. When I read my confirmation email I found it odd it specifically said ‘this does not secure you a seat in this session’. When I arrived at the cinema I opened my ‘tickets’ to find they are just eVouchers for movie tickets. Nothing to do with the movie or time I selected. I tried to use the vouchers at the automated booking machine and an error popped up saying the voucher could not be redeemed and to speak with staff. After waiting in a long line (missing the movie start time) the voucher did not even work for the staff and I had to pay full price for my tickets. The most amazing thing I found was that after all of this hassle, the full price tickets were 50 cents more than the discounted price. Do not use this app if you are trying to save money on movie tickets, it is not worth the hassle.
