Disgusting service! Taxi drivers don't arrive on time! The food is delivered cold! They do not make refunds! I don't recommend it at all!!!

Absolutely dishonest. We payed the ride . Told driver not to use payed roads. 2 days later they took extra 50,76 because driver deceived them that we were in a hurry to airport and he changed route to more expensive . We had flight 4 hours later our ride. Don’t recommend them. They trust their dishonest drivers, not clients. Absolutely unacceptable attitude

Nice app, reliable, but still slightly behind Uber - in example you can’t change destination while driving, error message pops up saying to contact administrator and not possible to set 2 destinations from the beginning, need always explaining to drivers.

1). For taxi - app saving your saved pickup’s points, but without yours added details. And for every order you need to send msg or to call to driver to clarify the pickup point(like to indicate the floor or smth else). Why you software developers could not do it more comfortable either for driver or client? 2) Setting: why it so poor setting of interface? There is no themes change, just to change for day/night vision. 2.1) The languages choice is poor, it is so simple rask for developers to add option for several languages besides English or Arabic. F.e. - Spanish, French, Russian, Chinese etc.

I do not recommend this app. It lacks customer focus, ruins your mood, and takes your money. There have been several situations with food orders where the delivery was sent to the wrong address. Despite this, support insisted that the order was delivered (without providing any photo evidence of where it actually went). As a result, I was left without money, without food, and with a ruined mood.

I was picked up at the airport (payment was cash). The driver had decided to cancel the ride after he dropped me off (I didn’t even know about it). The Careem app nevertheless decided to charge me (I paid to the driver + the Careem app). The support is a bot that copy pastes same messages and says they can’t do anything in this situation. So, If you want to get scammed - use this app!

I ordered a taxi ride from the airport to my hotel and selected cash as the payment method. During the ride, I noticed that the Careem app was showing the driver as still waiting for me, even though the ride had already started. I asked the driver about this and explained that I needed a receipt from the app, as I was on a business trip. The driver claimed it was a glitch in the app and assured me that the ride would be updated in the app later, allowing me to download my receipt. When the ride was completed, I paid AED 200 in cash and left. Shortly afterward, I received a notification stating that I had been charged AED 50 for canceling the ride. I contacted customer support to explain the situation, but they told me it was my fault for being misled by the driver and insisted I had to pay the fee; otherwise, my account would be blocked. Unbelievable. I will never use this terrible service again.

I had a bad experience with a careem driver and the company’s policy does not protect the customer in such situation at all. The driver cancelled my ride while actually driving me and after I payed cash totally sure it was all through the app I got a fine from careem for the ride cancellation. When I reached customer service they told me that it was my fault I did not check the ride status so the fine me with 40 dirhams. So it is my fault the taxi driver scammed the company and the customer is the one who gets to pay the fine!!! Can’t believe this is eligible! Cannot recommend using this taxi service because you have to be alert with the drivers otherwise be ready to pay a fine for the drivers scamming g the company.

Worst cab service

You make an order through the delivery, as a result, they write off the benga card for more than 2 hours, they carry food and as a result, they do not bring anything. The support said that they would ruin everything, but in the end her money was not enough....
