You are literally becoming the worst app in uae your drivers don’t even speak English and I have so many outstanding balance because of that. And I’m tired of complaining.
STOP SCAMMING PEOPLE ❌
I don’t advise you guy to use it cuz you will pay triple price when you arrive to your destination And they may not send you a taxi but a private car even if you hire a taxi they will send it and i was really shocked to pay 100aed for 18 minutes distance.
Bad experience in this service
I don’t recommend it to anyone you pay more and when I called them she was speaking to speak She didn’t get what I want to say I will never ever use it again I’ll walk and don’t use it if it’s the only option in the world. That’s how bad it was.
Really bad service 2hours and I didn’t receive my order
Not acceptable at all, waiting for more the hour for my order and they call me after that to tell me i have to make other order and they refended my money to carem pay ? i payed on my dubit card whyyyy why refended on carim pay ?? And why asking me to reorder when i cant do that and even pay with carem pay, ??????????????? U guys have to work on your service and stop weasting people time

Prix affiché 305 da lors de la prise de la course et 430 da à la fin du trajet et en aucun moment on m’a indiqué que le prix de la course pourra changé à l’arrivé Application a bannir ,a supprimer et a déconseillé fortement à mon entourage .
