I tried to check in like forever times and ended up stucked. Very frustrating. It will send you email to check in now but goes nowhere. Its a uaeless app.

I have logged into my account to view my upcoming flights to no avail , all my bookings are gon from the app . I tried to re add all bookings and to no surprise will it work , thank God I screen shot all my bookings and save all emails . This app sucks , problems all the time . I even added flex to my trips so I could change my flight details , but how can you when it don’t show your flight . Cebu airlines has showed me now and in the past that it is not a good airline to fly domestic or international for foreigners. I would think twice about booking Cebu airlines

What a useless App. Tried to check in online but my trip. Or any of my past trips were available. Tried to check in as a guest as it give you that option, but that too does not work. May I suggest that you go through a very detailed User Acceptance Testing and get it cleaned up. Or better yet, hire a reputable firm to design and developed the app for you. As it stands now, your App is a complete waste of time, not to mention frustrating. Unless you are looking for all this negative exposure.

This app is the bare bones of what you’d expect from an airline app. No ability to check in for international flights - needed to go to the desk on both occasions. Would not even generate a digital boarding pass until this was done. Could not select seats either using the app. Crashed occasionally. Recommend sticking to more established airlines (ie Air Asia, Air Philippines) if budget permits.

App simply won’t even open. Very frustrating as I’m trying to check in online. Will only let me use the app which does not work

The app is not functional. Whatever you click, will lead you back on the homepage or the browser's homepage. Adding any add-ons leads you back to the home page and login screen over and over, causing you to have to pay for the add-on on the counter with EXTRA CHARGE. They say the error is caused by high volume of visits, but in this day and age, they purposely make their website outdated so you will pay more. Scam behaviour.

This is by far the worst airline app I ever used. 1- Unable to link bookings from 3rd parties app. Meaning you can’t do online checking. 2-Keep running in circle to nowhere. 3-Frequent flyer is on a 3rd party app that doesn’t let you enter the booking. We live in a world of there is an app, that will most likely redirect you to a website. But when the app is useless just improve the website.

This app is the worst app of any airline I ever used - it constantly crashes, logs me out, log ins not possible despite multiple methods; also their website is unstable and crashes constantly. Absolutely annoying!!!

Its a trash after an update, i prefer the old one

It’s not working properly, CEPAC should invest in improving this app.
