Impossible to make checking redirection website hard to recover Boarding pass …. Impossible add in apple wallet allllooo we are in 2024 !

I tried to book a flight and struggled for an hour and a half thanks to their website and app that are as fast as my grandfather, and when you finally get to the payment, the flight that I wanted to book was 10k pesos instead of 8. What a joke, your company is the least profesional and on top of that, you guys are thieves If I could put -1000 star I would’ve done it right away

Pire application de compagnie aérienne que je connaisse. Ne fonctionne jamais, comme leur site internet ! Toujours des bugs mais jamais les mêmes… Impossible de réserver un billet.

Your only chance to book a flight is through the website on the chrome browser, and that’s on a lucky day. Forget Firefox and edge . As for the app it mostly doesn’t even open especially from abroad and using a VPN won’t help. Best Buy tickets for one as the whole system is very reluctant to accept more than 1 adult. When after 4 hours of efforts u think you’re getting somewhere the credit card payment crashes . Been buying tickets from Cebpac for 8 years . Takes half a day on average. It never really improves, the bugs just change . Worse IT department on earth. Would be laughable if it wasn’t so maddening. Of course the prices are totally unpredictable and hardly ever match the expectations one has
