Can’t do transaction properly..always crash,management need to do something

What a joke! This app is rubbish so is the website! I have been trying to add all my upcoming bookings to manage and check in to my 7 flights I have coming up in the Philippines, with no luck! I am tech savy but have spent hrs trying over the past few mths. Now I fly out (hopefully) in 40hrs and still no luck with check in, off to the counter I go before departures.

You have mega expensive prices on tickets, yet you can't fix your app.

Cebu app just a waste of time Hopeless

The worst airline app I have ever used. More than half the functions don’t work. I can’t add any “add on” because the page doesn’t load. I have checked in via the app but nothing happens when you click on the boarding pass section. Very disappointing

Useless apps. No way to contact direct and speak to a person. Chatbot is also useless. Call centre are useless too hard to connect.

The amount of money that Cebu Pacific is losing due to an ineffective app unable to sign in Payment does not get accepted. Ended up booking through Webjet can’t select seats help. Service is a joke trying to find a real person to speak to AI bot is rubbish. Whoever is in charge of your web development and IT needs to be fired

I’ve never had an app make me want to throw my phone out the window before. It is almost like the developers were given the brief to make the experience as frustrating as humanly possible for anyone who dares to fly with Cebu Pacific.

Doesn’t work. Worst app for an airline ever

This app doesn’t work. Tried to add on did not work. Very unhelpful ended up calling cebu pacific. Hope this app gets fix.
