There is no mention of Chakras at all very disappointing when you doing the meditation and relaxation they go from the chest to the leg with no mention of relaxing anything below the solar plexus to the base will not purchase any further additions
This is a wonderful app. Really helps to relax and cleanse your chakras. Highly recommend!
