One young awkward voice. Nothing on chakras.

Not for me.

I found the voice to be annoying and very loud, even after after adjusting volume to lowest level. And I agree with a previous reviewer...the word “body” was used way too much, it’s a little unsettling. I was wide awake after the sleep meditation which was 100% not my goal.

Sleep, try at least

The sleep meditation wakes you up afterwards!!!!! What the hell? I want to sleep for a night, not 40 minutes!! I can't sleep at night and I don't have 40 minutes to think about improving my sleep before bedtime. The chakra and relaxation app are good, but sometimes words like "body" are repeated and this can be irritating. Not sure why we need focus on the mirror so much? It takes you out of your relaxed state a bit. Otherwise a good app.
