Brilliant App I'm asleep in minutes and feel very balanced after a good sleep with it

Gone!

Just after a few seconds of this app - I was 'gone' so, can't really comment on the narrator!

Couldn't bear to listen through

I enjoy guided meditation Apps - but not this one I'm afraid. I found the voice of the narrator to be so off putting - I had to turn it off after only a couple of minutes. So can't comment on the overall content.

I love this app. If you're having trouble sleeping play this app. I always feel so rested after playing it.

Relaxing and Healing

Rachel has a very pleasant voice, that flows well and her guided meditation does the same. Being Reiki qualified I expected to have to do the symbols when balancing each of the chakras but instead you place your hands over each energy point for healing as i used to before learning the symbols, which is still energy healing and less complicated. I prefer this method as we all have the ability to heal by grounding to earth, placing our hands where needed and imagining a golden white light filling us. Thank you Rachel for a full and thorough balance, I feel super relaxed positive & more open to guidance.
