Horrible.
App is lagging. They took my money and then cancelled the order... Customer service said that they don’t receive payment. But I’ve the evidence of payment from my bank. Cheaters....
Amazing Customer Service
I just came back to South Africa after 10years and I am amazed by how well this app works! I typically reside in Australia where we don’t have the option to watch live as they shop for your groceries! We also don’t have the options to have it delivered in an hour. Lucky if we can get it in 3 hours!! I am a fresh meat and perishables manager in Australia so I am thoroughly impressed by the quality of the products I receive and the care I know which has gone into picking my groceries. The delivery men have always been so nice, so polite and really approachable and friendly. These blokes always got a smile on their face even when delivering groceries in 30 degrees plus weather. Thank you for amazing experience, keep it up!!
Stealing of personal data
Very disappointed that my mothers data was stolen after placing an order and fraudulent activities were made on her account. As a pensioner every cent counts for her. Definitely won’t be shopping here again.
Lack of products
Less than 80% delivery is pathetic. Producks available at your competition hasn’t been on your shelves for more than 2 months ?! Pepsi max 500ml

Best on-line shopping app in SA

The app keeps logging me out and does not recognise my details as registered. Neither can i access my checkers profile even though i’ve registered them multiple times on the app. There is no helpline that is able to assist you or a guideline.
Incompetent
The app showed some things were instock and when the order delivered, things were missing and I never received my refund and the R35 credit was retracted.
Late deliveries and missing items.
While I’d love to give a good review, I’ve had way too many orders that are over 2 hours late. Also very often more than 3 items are unavailable after order is placed. Overripe avocados and under ripe papaya is an example of fresh food quality. Do better Checkers.
