Usually the best delivery service, unless you use Salt Rock City Checkers. Then they cancel your order, and mark goods as out of stock that you can see are very much in stock when you’re forced to go collect your own groceries after their time slots are booked for the entire day from 2pm onwards.

Notifications dont navigate when clicked on. Dont keep to delivery promise.Useless - cant select alternatives while shopping!!!!

I love this app. Very user friendly

I ordered ‘ready to braai’ braai cones. I can see three out of the 6 cones are broken/damaged. Spoke to your manager Dineo that insisted I bring the product back for a refund. This defeats the whole purpose of using 60/60. I am utterly disappointed with this poor service and product delivery/quality. I will make sure my friends and family are made aware of this poor level of service.

It’s the second time now in which I’m getting spoiled food I’m really not happy

Late delivery

They use online deliveries as a way to get rid of old and damaged stock. Or soon to expire items. Shoppers don’t bother to inspect what they are sending. Getting a refund is next to impossible

I received my order, turnaround time was perfect however the air freshener delivered was licking and by the time it was delivered to me the bottle was about half. Both I and the driver took a picture

The newly opened shop in Plettenberg bay has become a non go shopping for me as my regular items are ‘out of reach’. This has made me change my shopping routine and order from other online grocery shops. It’s a shame that one does not have a preference in ordering groceries from the bigger store 6km away from the house. It has become frustrating and inconvenient for me

Yesterday I purchased some goods from Checkers 60/60. The driver delivered my goods but the order was damaged. I bought a 6 pack of Hunters dry. The bag fell and one of the bottles broke. The driver then contacted the controller explaining the situation to the lady by the name of Nomonde. The driver then just left leaving the damaged item with me. I am still waiting for feedback with regards to my order. Nomonde has mentioned she would call me back…I’m still waiting!
