China Train Booking

De momento ha ido perfecta y llevo unos cuantos billetes ya sacados. Muy cómodo el pago y sin problemas (al menos con paypal) en España y ya en China. Se recogen los billetes en cualquier estación y te los dan en un momento.

Compramos muchos billetes para movernos por toda China. Nos hicieron la gestión y cuando había que hacer algún cambio porque el tren estaba lleno me consultaba antes. Nos mandaron los billetes al primer hotel por lo que pudimos desplazarnos con la tranquilidad de tener todos los billetes. Además Virginia estuvo super atenta en todo momento. Hay que asegurarse de los nombres de las estaciones cuando saques los billetes, aun que sea la misma ciudad puede salir la estacion norte (Bei), sur (Nan), este (Ci) u oeste (Xi). Deja tiempo de sobra si hay que hacer un cambio de estacion.

Compramos a través de ellos una buena cantidad de billetes de tren de alta velocidad y fueron muy efectivos, muy rápidos en contestar y siempre super amables. Así da gusto. Mil gracias a Carrie y Virginia por su atención!

Para preparar mi viaje a china, contraté con ellos los billetes de tren y todo a salido perfecto! Los billetes estaban en mi hotel incluso antes de llegar yo. Cancelaron dos de los trenes que tenía que coger, y en cuanto la persona encargada de cogerme los billetes se enteró (Virginia), se puso en contacto conmigo y en dos minutos lo soluciono todo dándome alternativas para que mi viaje no sufriera ningún retraso. Sin duda volvería a confiar en Virginia con los ojos cerrados!! Muchísimas gracias por todo!! Eres la mejor!

Esta app funciona perfecto. Es súper fácil comprar tickets de tren en China desde tu móvil, desde casa! El costo agregado es mínimo y el servicio lo vale. Además están en contacto inmediato si tienes dudas. Lo recomiendo absolutamente

This is my go-to app for booking trains in China, there is occasionally a little lag when booking (someone actually has to process it) but the upside is that when there is an issue or a change needs to be made, the staff is super responsive and helpful. There are apps that book trains directly with the provider, but for those who cannot speak/ read Chinese or might need a bit of extra guidance, this company is great.

System will not allow me to cancel tickets that according to my email are not available

everyone who travels in china should use this app, you can book the seat you want the train you want so quick and easy , i had a great rep named carrie who helped me when i wanted to change my ticket very close to the train time and she was able to easily help and make it easy for me ! great app and great service. You do pay a 5 USD surcharge per ticket, which can seem kinda pricey, but I’ve found that it’s worth it for the peace of mind. The app is excellent for checking train times and every time that I’ve booked with them I haven’t had a problem picking up tickets.
