China Train Booking

The app is good however there are two issues. The first is that international visa and Mastercard payments are via pay pal which slows the process and may contribute to the second problem. We booked from ningbo to shanghai two 1st class seats , what we received were two seats at opposite ends of a 16 carriage train. The journeys were ok but my wife has limited mobility and the separation of the seats was difficult for us. We tried to change the seat positions at ningbo station but that was not possible even though vacant seats were in both our carriages.

Really useful and efficient, with excellent customer service. My favourite way of travelling in China.

I have used this app several times to book train tickets in China and never had any problems. They reply promptly if you have any questions, would definitely recommend their service.

Travelled in China for 7 weeks Jan/Feb 2019. Finding & buying tickets was so, so easy. Got me from Beijing to Qinghai & then onto Tibet. Once in Yunnan, up through that province as far as Lijiang (Shangri-La section open later this year). From Shanghai to Hong Kong during Chinese NY. Able to book weeks in advance & either collect tickets in person or for small charge delivered to, in my case, hostel. Never failed - service, contact, pricing, etc brilliant. All in English with amazing help with collection. Easy & detailed instructions. Info on all stations. Chinese symbols to identify collection windows. Clear instructions on how to NOT confuse with cancellation & refund window! And to make things seamless a message, in chinese, to show to the attendant when collecting. I found in 2019 that many of these attendants spoke adequate English (even in remote Yunnan), but it was reassuring to have this to hand. Made China travel by train an absolute doddle. A good and marvellous service to gain train tickets in china, I like it so much. It’s so helpful and congenial. It helps to reduce time and save money. Even refund policy is so good and trustworthy. I am really overwhelmed with their service...

App constantly crashes when selecting taxi from diquin.... customer service was absolutely awful, rude and unhelpful

I used this App to book the rail tickets for a six week period of travel. We were allocated Virginia Fu to assist the process. You might think that no service was required for an App based service but because the Chinese rail service release tickets 30 days in advance and because some trains sell out quickly you need support to ensure that you get your tickets even if not for your initial choice of train time. For example our train from Xi’an to Chengdu sold out but Virginia was on it quickly and switched us seamlessly to a train which left an hour later. An added complication was that because of the length of our journey we needed to have the tickets sent in two batches first to Shanghai later to Lijiang. This was done completely competently the tickets in a secure envelope sent by a reliable courier. And finally the tone of service was lightsome and fun. Top marks. And finally

I always wanted to travel around Asia, especially China. I have to say the whole process is going really well, particularly with the help from Virginia who shows a lot of support and provides high quality service. And I found the app quite user friendly. Overall, recommend it!
