No point in letting the app out if you’re not planning to fix it

We have downloaded the app on our holiday in Nice, and after 5 days our account still wasnt validated, we emailed them and they told us to wait, weve been waiting for days now👎🏻

The procedure to apply is to long and to complicated. Make it easier to use your services.

Application qui annule les réservations sans raison et qui ne permet plus de réserver. A fuir

Achat d’un pack qui n’est pas crédité ! 2 fois de suite… Débit du pack à 2 reprises mais un seul pack crédité, Zone d’écriture dans la rubrique contact qui n’apparaît pas, temps de restitution du scooter qui prend un temps fou, bien plus long qu’avant… et rien ne change !…

L’application est bloquée sur “trajet terminé”, impossible de louer un scooter malgré s’être déconnecté et reconnecté.

J’ai téléchargé l’application mais je n’ai eu que rapport d’erreur chaque fois que j’ai voulu réserver un scooter

L’application ne marche pas. Sur Uber ca marche mieux
