They refound all my t shirts with sports from iron 🫠🫠🫠 all white clothes are not white anymore

Ordered 2 times when was in UAE. First time they lost several things without notice. I find out myself what is lost and ask them to fix. Ok, after some messaging they fixed it. Second time I ordered next day priority delivery. They didn’t do it and silently delivered after next day. Could be dangerous if you are last day in hotel and need wash. Lots of plastic packages every time with offer to recycle garbage looks like greenwashing. App is great - I love the status, etc, but service is not yet. Anyway, I’m happy that Washmen exist because I don’t know any alternative for hotel without washing machine. Hope u will improve and at least give discounts to customers if u did something wrong.

I gave up of using Washmen, they keep doing creases on my shirts sleeves. I tried different variations, put no creases in preferences, in my order notes, in my name and surname, I message them each time when they pick up my laundry and when they deliver. 7 out of 8 orders I end up with creases. Last case (when they picked up the same shirts to fix the mistake and brought me back shirts with creases again) made me to: A) write first in my live review for the app B) close my account with them Will be happy to share with management why Washmen is so bad for me.

I know you’ll find a good reviews on this app and everyone would say good things about this app but I’m serious imagine you are one of the few that they gonna lose your clothing. They messed up and they lose one kendora/thob this item is very expensive and the problem that there was telling me that I did not submit it at all and we review our camera CCTV and I’m sure that I already submitted after six hours from arguing with me they confirm that they receive it and they lose it. It’s very expensive item and now I’m waiting like for three hours. Nobody’s replying back this issue happened to you one precious expensive item believe me, you don’t wanna deal with them.

Was a decent service to begin with. But quality has gone down a bit and the prices have gone up ridiculously. It’s absurd the prices they charge now. Stopped using them due to this. Value for money is very poor now.

And claimed they never had it . Be very careful about which items you trust them with. That’s AED 3000 of fine -tailored clothes I won’t see again.

I used their service when vacationing in Dubai. Had placed a next day order for laundry as I was flying out of Dubai. We had 2 pieces of clothing which were not delivered to us and we didn’t notice because we were trying to pack our stuff. The team promptly let us know about the missing clothing and even went to the extent of returning them outside of Dubai through courier. A splendid example of customer service which is rare to see and prompt communication through every step. Special thanks to Gian for keeping us informed about the status. Would highly recommend their service.

Quality of washing is not good at all

Sad downfall for a formerly great service provider. In its obsessive thirst to add new “stuff” and “gimmicks” - service quality has dropped (ie support automation) and unstable, beta versions are being pushed out. It used to be a timesaver - never again. Good luck navigating this minefield of an app.
