I absolutely liked the app and the choice of boats it provides. But you can’t complete the payment through the app - only via desktop, otherwise error

Забронировали лодку. Оплату списывают после подтверждения брони. Они сначала подтвердили бронь, списалась оплата и сразу же отменили бронь. Мошенники! Деньги не вернули.

This company does not guarantee security, confirms the reservation, withdraws money and then cancels the reservation and does not return the money, but offers to pay for a new order. Not recommend. In a bad mood and spoiled atlah.

We had a confirmed and payed booking for a yacht ( almost 7000 euros), organized the transfer made some plans - all that to receive a cancellation 2 days before the charter. It appears that the boat owner can cancel any time with no fines or any other stimulations, and they promise to refund you within 30 days. Never use the app or their website unless you want to end up with no boat and no money on an occasion.

This app is pointless and not convenient. I paid €185 and then the boat owner changed the day and also changed the size of the boat. This meant that one member of my family could not join us! The boat owner then ripped me off by not giving the correct allowance for having the smaller boat.

This app used to be amazing I’ve booked loads of boats through it but never again, functionality doesn’t work meaning I’ll have to spend ages on the phone to CS now, it’s absolutely useless!

I was worried about this as it just seemed to easy but all the process was very straight forward and it was not a scam. I would reccomend.

Imagine paying for a service that doesn’t exist. Click and boat charging fees for a boat that didn’t appear. Lost a customer. I’ll be doing a charge back thank you. If the customer can’t get out due to issues outside of their control, refund them. It’s that simple.

Just found this website/app while searching for Boat Hire and it has turned out to be fantastic. We’ve hired a boat and have had a fantastic time. I will definitely be using again.
