Ich habe viel im Fitnessstudio trainiert ohne wirklich zu wissen was ich eigentlich mache. Diese App hat mir durch die Echtzeit workouts auch im Bereich Krafttraining zu einem starken Körper verholfen. Ok kann jetzt 10 Liegestütze ohne Probleme! Zudem kann man viele Rezepte nach kochen und seine Ernährung tracken. Super Empfehulng und jedes Update bringt weitere Verbesserungen! Ich liebe es und ist jeden Cent wert!

What can I say? The best app for fitness. She is just amazing. She has changed my relationship with fitness and nutrition and I look the best I’ve ever looked before. Feeling confident in my body and happy :) 100% recommend.

Die Workouts sind einfach klasse und man kann sich seinen Plan selbst zusammenstellen (je nachdem, welche Ziele man hat). Ich liebe diese App. Durch diese Workouts habe ich mehr an meinem Körper verändert als in all den Jahren im Fitnessstudio. Absolute Kaufempfehlung!

Sieht mir viel zu teuer aus für das was es bietet und mit dem Model fühle ich mich auch nicht wirklich wohl. Sieht sehr nach Photoshop aus und das schreckt mich dann eher ab. Ich würde lieber ein Model sehen das wirklich mit der App trainiert und einen Körper hat den man als normal sterblicher Mensch auch erreichen kann.

Found Courtney in 2020 and stuck with her ever since - nothing quite like a CB realtime workout - the energy is unmatched, the time flies by and the workouts & recipes are 10/10!

I’ve been a member of the Courtney Black app for years, it’s absolutely amazing. It is perfect for home workouts or in the gym, the trainers are all fantastic. There’s a mixture of types of workouts and time so it’s perfect for fitting into your lifestyle and the time you have. The app has a range of recipes, workout planner, calories assist and there’s always new workouts uploaded by the trainers and challenges going on! It’s a fantastic community, 100% recommend it!!

I have been a member of the CB App for nearly 2 years. It has transformed my fitness and relationship with food. The challenges are always fun but will push you outside your comfort zone. There is something for everyone. Courtney is quite literally a PT in your pocket. I take the app everywhere with me. I never miss a workout and I’ve lost over 20kg. The best bit about the app are definitely the recipes because you are able to keep the weight off and not cut out any of your favourite foods.

This is a really good app. Courtney is an amazing trainer with expertise and personality . Her workouts are always challenging but fun and she is really good at what she does. I always feel so good after her workouts and she really cares about her brand, her authenticity is her superpower.
