Found Courtney in 2020 and stuck with her ever since - nothing quite like a CB realtime workout - the energy is unmatched, the time flies by and the workouts & recipes are 10/10!

I’ve been a member of the Courtney Black app for years, it’s absolutely amazing. It is perfect for home workouts or in the gym, the trainers are all fantastic. There’s a mixture of types of workouts and time so it’s perfect for fitting into your lifestyle and the time you have. The app has a range of recipes, workout planner, calories assist and there’s always new workouts uploaded by the trainers and challenges going on! It’s a fantastic community, 100% recommend it!!

I have been a member of the CB App for nearly 2 years. It has transformed my fitness and relationship with food. The challenges are always fun but will push you outside your comfort zone. There is something for everyone. Courtney is quite literally a PT in your pocket. I take the app everywhere with me. I never miss a workout and I’ve lost over 20kg. The best bit about the app are definitely the recipes because you are able to keep the weight off and not cut out any of your favourite foods.

This is a really good app. Courtney is an amazing trainer with expertise and personality . Her workouts are always challenging but fun and she is really good at what she does. I always feel so good after her workouts and she really cares about her brand, her authenticity is her superpower.

The app has been updated in recent months. As a result all of my data (progress photos, measurements, weight etc) was lost. In then took over a month for them to find it and once done they still haven’t been able to restore it properly. I also find it quite hard to search workouts on it since the update. Won’t be renewing.

Love this app however since the update there are no dates on the workouts which makes it really hard to follow a challenge or want to do previous challenges, you literally don’t know what workout is what as a lot of the workouts are named the same. Would be 5 stars if they kept this as everything else is great 👍🏻

Sadly I unsubscribed after 3 plus years. What I loved about the app (following workouts Courtney actually DOES and a plan she actually does each week totally went). She doesn’t provide a clear weekly plan that she follows anymore which really made the app stand out. I wanted to do what she did and she doesn’t just do 30 minute workouts. Shame but I may be in the minority
