It’s the most amazing fitness app I ever been using!!! It has everything from real time workouts to gym workouts to home workouts, healthy option food recipes! Highly recommend!

Honestly, amazing app!!!

I’ve tried so many fitness apps out there. None compare to Courtney’s. She’s the best trainer. She’s super motivational, fun and even personal. I literally feel like she’s training right beside me. Not to mention how quickly I’m seeing results from following all of her real time workouts and eating in calorie deficit.

Real time workouts making a huge difference in motivation and encouragement - especially when you have Courtney as a trainer. I love the transparency with Courtney and she creates the most fun, engaging and tough workout schedules! The app is so high quality with so many different sections that I forget about certain parts! I love that I can track my progress with photographs and measurements alongside tracking my calorie intake too. You can tell how much effort, time and hard work went into creating this app. Courtney has completely out done herself. Well done Courtney - you should be proud. What an incredible result.

You’ll never get bored with Courtney’s workouts, they are always different and her energy is infectious. I used to go to the gym all the time but I’ve seen the best results (improvement in cardio fitness and muscle gain) from doing these workouts!

I have been using the app for around a month now and I can honestly say Courtney is the best PT you'll ever workout with. The workouts are so easy to follow, you feel super engaged and the meals are so simple and straight forward. I can not recommend the app enough! This app is unreal, her workouts are amazing, I have been doing the live workouts for 3 months now and have never seen such a big change in my body (after going to the gym for years!) Courtney is so motivating and this app is worth every single cent! If you want to get in shape and change your lifestyle, get this app!

I started the 28 day challenge from the first day Courtney started it. At first I thought oh this really isn’t for me but I carried on. I didn’t see results in the first week like others but 3 weeks in can’t tell you how much I’ve lost. Not only is my confidence coming back but I finally fit into my favourite jeans I’ve had for ages! Can’t recommend this app enough. Life changing, amazing and just great! Definitely worth every penny!
