I really liked it, without an abonnement you can do and see all the games from the NBA to the Europe Basketball Cup. I’ts a well-organised app.

Everything from connection stability to customer service is not very good tbh. For instance with the Olympic Qualifiers they offer a "Max OQT-pass" (costs €15 for 5 days of basketball) which promises live and on-demand viewing of all Olympic Qualifying Tournament games but it is not possible to watch any of those games on-demand... when you reach out to their customer service they offer no help at all. Blatant false advertising. Keep this in mind before paying them any money.

I bought a MAX Event pass. Which clearly states on demand viewing is included. Only to not be able to view on demand. Contacted them and get the same answer ‘you need a max pass’, which I DO! … false advertising, and NO customer support. Never again

Couldn’t sign up for the service on the web, because it needed to know my first name but didn’t have a form to enter my name. Then they billed my card twice. Also, no iPad version or even the ability to properly watch games in full screen on the iPad.

Casting completely stops after a while and I have to restart the app to get it going. Once you have a live video playing, if you go back to the main page (or any other page for that matter), the sound keeps playing. If you open the game again, you now have two times the audio stream. Please, fix these performance and stability issues ahead of the Eurobasket. Edit: the app keeps logging me out every single day--even multiple times a day. This is ridiculous!

I feel scammed, I paid the anual membership for $29 and I can’t see a single basketball game. I want my money back. If you want to watch the Olympics games go with peakcock.

Even if you pay for a subscription, the live games will not play on the app.

I paid for nothing. The app keep telling to log in over and over again. Frustrating!

Charged me twice. Zero customer service. Streaming replays do not work. Spoilers right away.

While it’s great to have an app that allows me to watch so many great basketball games, I have to say that the app could be much better in terms of stability and performance. Especially the background capabilities of the app are far behind other similar apps. Often when I try to open other apps, the feed just stops or casting to my TV is interrupted. It is annoying having to close the app and restart it even if this just take a couple of seconds.
