Terrible app and system!! Has the interface but not the tech advancements to go with it… not compatible with iPad, multiple issues with streaming on chromecast. When using Apple airplay, there’s no sound. Have to try 10 times to get it to appear on chromecast and half the time it doesn’t show. I paid €20 just for nonsense, I expect a lot more for my money. Was watching a match and it just cut out for no reason and can’t get it back.

Can easily login and stream the games, so far, so good!

I paid 24.99 for World Cup pass and Courtside 1891 app just doesn’t recognise it. It means no access to watch games. So disappointed, will not be able to watch my team to play. Obviously contacted Apple and also PayPal for a refund.

How do you make an app that doesn’t work properly for IPads??? Fiba I get that you’re broke but it’s not that hard

Not configured for iPad. Only get a small mobile screen-like view on iPad. Can’t watch games in full screen. Better off just using the browser.

Can’t seem to watch any games! The app asks me to log in to Watch with Max, but only lets me log-in to my Courtside 1891 account!! What’s the story?

Even if you pay for a subscription, the live games will not play on the app.

I paid for nothing. The app keep telling to log in over and over again. Frustrating!

Charged me twice. Zero customer service. Streaming replays do not work. Spoilers right away.

While it’s great to have an app that allows me to watch so many great basketball games, I have to say that the app could be much better in terms of stability and performance. Especially the background capabilities of the app are far behind other similar apps. Often when I try to open other apps, the feed just stops or casting to my TV is interrupted. It is annoying having to close the app and restart it even if this just take a couple of seconds.
