Ridiculous….

I paid for the World Cup bundle which was not cheap. What I got is an app which has no Apple TV nor Chromecast app, sending the content to TV is buggy af and having to launch streams 4 times so it finally starts to cast… and loads of other bugs and problems… it is just bad

No ipad optimization but what more disappointing is that there is no sound of the games (Fiba worldcup) at all. Ads have perfect sound though. Waste of money for me… really annoying…

It logs me out while I’m using it, tries to sell me the subscription what i already purchased, impossible to find the games whats interesting. It doesn’t work with chromecast from my iphone, and 720p streaming in 2020 really?

Even if you pay for a subscription, the live games will not play on the app.

I paid for nothing. The app keep telling to log in over and over again. Frustrating!

Charged me twice. Zero customer service. Streaming replays do not work. Spoilers right away.

While it’s great to have an app that allows me to watch so many great basketball games, I have to say that the app could be much better in terms of stability and performance. Especially the background capabilities of the app are far behind other similar apps. Often when I try to open other apps, the feed just stops or casting to my TV is interrupted. It is annoying having to close the app and restart it even if this just take a couple of seconds.

Don’t attempt to use FREE VERSION. It’s pointless and offers window shoppin only. This app is just Super bad and needs a whole new makeover..it appears good it seems like it’s going to be so awesome and that might make it a bigger letdown but… to me it just didn’t function the way u need a sporting app to function! There is certain things people want to see and want to hear. There are things people don’t want to see and hear.. well this app has most of that stuff backwards.. #1 issue 4me, NO box scores on active matches.

This is by far the worst streaming service. And their customer service support is even worse. FIBA is officially streamed not thanks to them, but in spite of them. The only star I give them is for the broadcasters, which are good.
