Overall not bad, does what you’d want a food/restaurant app to do. However, I am unable to sign-in to my account. Just see “Loading…” (It’s been doing this for 10 minutes now, as I write this.) Still can pay for meal without signing in but have to key in payment information every time.

This isn't a very good app, but the good is so good there it doesn't really matter. Crashes a lot.

I ordered take out on the app. It gave me a 45-minute wait time. I showed up after about 20 minutes and the food had been sitting on the to-go station. I never go notified the food was ready. I guess they think I want cold okra.

Doesn’t let me place an order. It always says I need to update the app when trying to pay, which the app is up to date already. Don’t bother.

Mobile pay does not work with rewards every time I pull up the ticket to pay it asks me to login for rewards credit and when I login my ticket disappears when I pull up my ticket again I’m no longer logged in very frustrating only way to get rewards credit is to checkout out at the cashier

I join the rewards but didn’t get the offer they was giving you for joining

I love Cracker Barrel and want to be able to schedule my orders ahead of time. But this app just is not good. Doesn’t stay logged in. Get a lot of “oops something went wrong”. Today we were trying to order a family meal and the checkout kept failing. We weren’t getting email receipts so we kept trying. Come to find out they charged my card twice and my wife’s three times. Now we have to call and get it all straightened out. It’s just a time consuming, uncertain mess.

Why have a stupid app other than fast waitlisting and rewards if I can’t even use it to scan my pay check without having to login every time? Do better.

After all this time your app still doesn’t work. I finally went to the website and placed my order. Arrived at my store and their system is down at 6 pm?! Poor employees. Fix your app and then spend the money to put CB where it used to be pre-2020

This app can’t seem to get an order straight. It freezes if you start to place an order before you’re logged in. If you wanna order something quick, sometimes it tells you that cornbread will take 90 minutes to prepare.
