Hardee's Mobile Ordering

Love this app. Simple, painless, accurate Everytime. Just wish I could add egg and cheese to my chicken biscuit.

I’ve tried signing up for a new account for my husband and there is always an error message. I try to login to my account and I never get a message to make a new password. There never seems to be an actual way to log in and earn points. This continues to be a common theme with food apps lately. Spend your money on overpriced food, but no earning points. I get that we aren’t owed anything, but if you are going to advertise it, then you should be able to follow up.

The new update erased all my points. Never had any issue before this. Can't enter my phone number cuz it freezes the app, certain things don't respond to touch. What happened?

It always gives me trouble with logging in

I’ve been using this app for years with no issues, but my last 2 purchases show up in my history, but didn’t add to my point total. I’ve reached out for help without a response. Help!

The last 3 times I have made purchases, and had my code scanned, I have not been awarded stars on my Hardee’s mobile app,

Ever since the last update, my points will not upload so I definitely think it’s a bug in the app.

My rewards are no longer available to use. It shows in my history I have accumulated points, but showing my total points are at zero.

Customer service has been excellent. Food is good and always hot.
