Too busy to care
My wife and I visited after a long day and wanted some comfort food. The receptionist was not interested in answering my questions about the Good as Gold Club and rushed us along. The hostess pointed to a table across the room and said “sit there!” The buffet items were NOT replenished quickly as they ran out and were left empty for up to half an hour. The cook station and carvers were steadfastly ignoring people in front of them, and the ham and roast beef stations were devoid of food. Yes: it was supper time, and the place was busy, but probably not for the first time, and they should have been prepared. Give me a reason to go back!
