Love this app because it shows you video demos on how to do the workouts and for anyone that has no idea on what the heck they are talking about this is great!

Perfect application ever and very efficient .. I just put play the good music and select apple tv mirroring and enjoy it in the big screen on the house.. great! Better then going to the gym ..

Really fantastic app! Exercises target specific areas and can be done anywhere at anytime! You can feel the difference straight away, love it!
Great workout app
Good selection of exercises and easy to mix it up with creating own routines and changing length of workout. I don't enjoy weight training but this encourages me to do it each day because it takes the thought out of it, just grab your weights and follow along! Only criticism is you cant build in sets.
It's just ok.
The workouts are good but when you first start there's not enough transition time to go from standing to side planks.
