The app is pretty difficult to navigate. There’s no way to star your favorite show for easy access. Sometimes I receive an email about an article, which doesn’t redirect to the app, and the search also cannot find it, so I need to authorize in a browser overlay. The player is pretty bad - you need to press play several times in order for the video to start. And since recently - entering full screen leaves a thick black bar with a white arrow on the bottom. If someone calls - it resets the app and you need to manually navigate back to the video and scroll to the moment you stopped at (it doesn’t remember). No chapters. Please improve the app

would be fantastic if you had the choice to sign up through the app, which would make things easier instead of going through the website

Thank you DW team for your good work and great content. I subscribe to support you but I wish the app was a little smoother in a number of ways. I would like to see features where I can bookmark favourite articles to keep them, and a queue/playlist function so I can line up all my favourite podcasts etc and leave them to roll from one into the next so I don’t have to keep getting my phone out to “play next” whilst working, gardening, exercising etc. thanks!

I signed up for a Daily Wire annual membership in 2022. I had selected the option to cancel mid-term so was not expecting the membership to renew. However, I received another over $200 charge on my credit card from Daily Wire for a membership renewal. I’ve emailed them 4-5 times to request a refund and for the membership to be cancelled completely so this doesn’t happen again. They have not responded to a single email. Be very careful when providing them your card details for a membership/subscription.

Of course if you are looking at this app you know the content is going to great. The app is mostly good apart from one very frustrating lack of an important playback feature - resuming a video you didn’t complete. Most of the time I can’t watch videos in one sitting so a functioning video resume feature is essential. I often pause the video and leave the app open. Usually I come back a few hours later, reopen the app and it resets mean I loose my place on the video. The video never appears in the ‘continue watching’ section which is weird considering videos I have finished appear there. Each update I hope the issue has been fixed, but no. This should be a standard feature- please sort it out soon.

Excellent service. Extremely good value for money, and you’re also supporting a great cause. Can’t recommend enough.

I have yet to find a way to return to my podcast after closing the app. It does not remember where I was and I have to scroll through to find it.

Basic functionality is fine however it is hard to navigate and could do with a search function. More critically it needs the ability to show which content you have fully watched and progress within particular content. Without this I am often going back to the apple podcast app which is much more functional.
