An economical use full ride hailing app for Brunei. Very simple app to keep the cost low, Only Cash Great Cars Drivers are helpful Speaks english Can improve the navigation on app.

App have not made any improvements for the day it start. Pick up and drop off do not have proper mapping, which mean data of mapping is still from when the app started. Talking about data, it still does not let you update your contact details, which have spoken with support team from 5 years till now I always have to leave a note to drivers, and hope they see your note so that you can confirm the pick up. Service support do not response so the help call do not work, cause there is none, you have to message them on IG to have an update, after numerous messages also.

The app UI/UX is not good and very laggy. If you want to use credit card, need to top up first which is inconvenient. Out of no reason got force to log out of the app, and not able to connect back. Overall experience… BAD!

Currently only Brunei App Store can download. Should be available for other country App Store as well. As I’m having a phone with USA App Store which doesn’t have this apps when I search for it.

The app doesn’t really offer the option to add a credit card. Pay either cash or add funds into their digital wallet.

There are a lot of bugs on the app, I get kicked out of the app whenever a driver accepts my requests. This makes it very difficult for me to get any transport from Dart.

Because of the constant problems with the app, I’ve missed funerals, birthdays, weddings, child birth. Fortunately the app only works when I decided to escape work for afternoon coffee and tea. Brunei Wawasan 5302 ya all. This app is living proof that we are moving backwards

New app is better and faster

The programming / user interface of Dart is positively awful. For starters, the new setup phone number verification works about 10% of the time. Then, buttons don’t even respond even for the FAQs! It’s as though someone wrote this app for a sixth grade programming class.

App is not customer friendly. Lags. The pickup point interface is frustrating. You have to force close the app for ride choice to popup. No search history. You aren’t alerted by app if your ride has been booked, the driver will whatsapp you?? I would love to utilise the service however customer experience is so poor.
