Stopping and accelerating doesn’t accurately record

I like the updated app much better than the previous one. However, something is definitely wrong with the ‘speed meter’. I don’t exceed the limits but the app started showing me that I do. It happens on the streets with slow speed limits. I tried to go 30 where it was 40, but the app still shows speeding. I hope you will fix it and then it will be really great!

Have you ever been approaching a wide intersection with a light that turns yellow and see a car wanting to make a left turn in front of you? If you choose to stop so that there’s no chance of hitting that car this app will reduce your safe driving score because it has determined you brake too aggressively. It’s just a matter of time before someone t-bones a car turning left in an effort to reduce their insurance premiums. That’s just one of the flaws. There are many. I don’t think I’ve shopped for car insurance in 25 years, but I’m going to once my evaluation period ends. This app is so flawed!

Mon compte st déjà créé. Mon adresse courriel est correctement saisie. Impossible de recevoir le code pour se connecter, cependant je n’ai qu’un temps limité pour soumettre les photos pour ma réclamation. Vraiment pénible !

I've noticed a significant drop in my score from 88 to 77 in just one day. Additionally, my braking behaviour is being flagged as 'terrible' despite my consistent smooth braking habits. :(

Trash app. Downloaded and can’t even log in. I never get a code for verification. Useless app

After a year of usage, my individual driving scores are all above 75, but due to factors like route, time, and distance, my overall score was rated at 39. This is an extremely flawed scoring system. Additionally, I had to file an insurance claim because of hail damage to my car, and I found that the claims agent from this company was extremely unprofessional. I will be switching to another insurance company.

They will deduct your score if you drive to new places. This is ridiculous. Also, this must be some new changes they have made to the app as my score just dropped for no reasons this year. I was driving exactly like the past.
